Clarity & Capital Consulting was born out of a simple belief: great strategy doesn't have to be complicated. After years of building startups from scratch, raising capital, and scaling products in crowded markets, I realized many business owners don’t need fluff — they need focus.

I started this firm to help entrepreneurs cut through the noise and make better decisions, faster. Whether you're a solo founder, an early-stage team, or an established brand ready to scale, I help align your marketing to what actually moves the needle: clarity and capital.

My background spans both sides of the table — from being the CEO of a funded startup, to consulting brands looking for traction, to launching my own profitable DTC products. I know what it's like to wear every hat. That’s why I focus on practical, tailored support that respects your time and your budget.

Shayan Alimohammadi is a profit strategist and marketing expert who helps startups and small businesses increase revenue—without increasing ad spend. With an MBA from Pepperdine University (GPA: 3.81) and a B.S. in Marketing & Business Honors from CSUN (Magna Cum Laude), he brings a rare mix of data-driven thinking, creative direction, and founder-level perspective to every project.

He began his career leading digital strategy at early-stage companies and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Opal Tech, where he developed the company’s go-to-market playbook and brand identity. Later, he founded Kava-G, a direct-to-consumer wellness brand, and scaled it into a profitable business using lean growth techniques, organic community building, and high-converting creative.

Shayan has consulted across industries including consumer electronics, financial services, Web3, SaaS, health & wellness, and CPG—helping founders unlock untapped profit through better positioning, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and smart offer structuring. His focus is always on traction, margin, and long-term brand value—not just impressions and clicks.
