Clarity CapitalBook a Profit Audit

How this works

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

No retainer to start, no discovery phase that bills for six weeks before you learn anything.

  1. 01

    The audit

    15 minutes

You answer six questions, we talk, and I tell you where I'd look first. Free, and it ends with a straight answer about whether there's enough here to be worth paying for.

  2. 02

    The analysis

    1–2 weeks

I go through your P&L, your schedule, and your purchasing. You get a written document: where the money is going, what to fix, and a dollar figure next to each item.

  3. 03

    The fixes

    Depends on what we find

Some owners take the document and run it themselves. Some want me in the building. Either is fine, and you decide after you've seen the analysis rather than before.

How I work

You already have the data

Almost nothing I need requires new systems. It's in your P&L, your POS, your schedule, and your invoices. The problem is that nobody has put them next to each other.

Speed beats precision

A number that's roughly right this week is worth more than an exact one next quarter. We start acting before the analysis is perfect.

Fewer changes, bigger ones

A list of thirty improvements gets ignored. Three that each move a full point of margin get done.

The one thing to do next

Fifteen minutes. Bring your P&L.

Book the call and you'll get six questions to answer first, so the time goes to your numbers instead of background.
